So who wants a game of warhammer?

Lets just say I've figured out a way to get my miniatures into a program on the internet. I can move them around as I like either singularly or in groups as I define myself. I can give control of what ever of my miniatures I like to someone else logged into my game. They can log in and play free of charge and only need to be running firefox or chrome. Actually internet explorer will work with a free download.

It is in real time, we can talk and even see each other. You don't have to leave your house. It is quick and I think simple to use.

There is a tape measure.

There are dice.

Who wants a game?  (Well a test game, there are bound to be teething problems.)

    1. "What sorcery is this?!"

Do I have to upload myself too? Will I get lost in some late-1980s virtual reality?

    1. Nope I'm afraid this is just moving static tokens about a static board. Now if a talented B&W ink artist wanted to put together some tokens and a map I'm sure we could have all sorts of fun making old-school illustrations come to life for 1st edition fun.

    2. Tokens are something I've been intending to do for a long, long time, but things keep getting in the way. One day...

  4. OK Warlord Paul and Thantsants were first to ask so I guess I could GM. I happen to have Friday free as the Mrs is off with her girlfriends for the evening would this be convenient for the both of you? I’ll send you an Email Thantsants and Warlord Paul you should get a PM on the BLOOD forum soonish.

There is no sorcery the program is a virtual table top for RPGs. By taking top down photos of my own minis I can add them for my own personal use. Ground terrain is from various pdfs I own and buildings will be renders of different 3d models probably I should go top down on this too. Hills are proving difficult to show but I’ll work something out. Hasten to add this is all an experiment that I think should work. Even if it doesn’t skirmishes will work perfectly in it. Oh and RPGs but that’s another post.

Oh and in case it wasn’t clear photos of stuff I own for my own personal use. I shall not be letting anyone else use these photos for their own games but if people are interested I’d be happy to detail at some point how to set it up.
