It has become a tradition that I post once a year in Orctober. Rubbish I know but I do hope to remedy that this coming year. I have been painting plenty and gaming too but I just never make time to update my blog which is all but deceased, the annual Orctober post the only sign of life.
This year I have some Orks for you, I recently rediscovered my RT orks, the panted ones from almost 25 years ago and the unpainted boys, who have resided in a shoe box unloved for too many decades. I thought I'd have a go at painting a few of them up to match my old paint jobs. Here are a few snaps of them and I am confronted by one of the reasons I don’t; post as much. My photos are always lack lustre these days, my phone just not able to match my digital camera of many years ago. Maybe I should invest in a proper camera. Anyway, here are the orcs:

Mine is about 20 years old and still does OK photos I think.

Erny, these old orks are wonderful to see. The colour schemes are bang on trend late '80s and those plastic aquatic plants just seal the deal for me. I love the retro battle photos with the eldar as well. I'm using a phone camera to capture my stuff these days so I feel your pain.
